We are a small group of consultants who focus on human dynamics and verbal and nonverbal communication as doorways for exploring performance, organizational effectiveness, and the quality of personal interactions. We offer a different perspective in our work at the individual, group, and organization levels, and support clients in upgrading their experience and boosting their performance. Group members are certified to administer the Hay Group’s Emotional Intelligence Competency Inventory and the Apter Motivational Style Profile.

With her steady, calm presence and personal goal of making people laugh several times a day, Principal Renée Barnow immediately gains her clients’ trust. Often called on in crisis, chaos, and business transitions that can accompany organizational change, Renée quickly assesses a situation. She provides meaningful insights that support her clients in moving forward from being stuck in behavior and speech patterns. She works with clients to explore how such patterns affect their performance.

Renée brings her enthusiasm, care for her clients, and sense of purpose and humor to all her engagements. She is adept at seeing both the big picture and myriad details.

An award-winning internationally recognized organizational change and communication coach and consultant, and an attorney-trained mediator, Renée has an executive MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin.
